I was talking to my sister about how I find it such a waste that our paternal aunt is not using her gift of gab in business. She could have been filthy rich by now had she opted to use it to earn a profit. I am not saying that she enter into anything illegal to earn. What I am saying here is that she could have used her gift of gab in going into real estate franchise business!
My aunt can sell a rotten pipe, do you know that? She can sell a piece of trash and someone will buy it at a premium! She is that good in selling something! So I thought why not use it to become a license real estate broker? I am sure my aunt will be one heck of a broker! I can’t wait to see her earn the commission she deserves. I can’t wait for her to realize just what kind of success she has in her pockets!
I am confident that she has enough time to take care of a business like that now. Her two kids, my cousins, are both grown-ups already. My aunt can focus on the business without feeling guilty that she’s leaving her kids at home.

Do you archive your old posts?
I don’t know how to do it exactly but I need to archive old posts of my blogs. I want to make sure it’s not contributing to the problems I encounter with my cpanel as well as slow loading of my blogs. I am hosting some blogs in my own account so you can say that I am monitoring quite a number of my blogs in my hosting account.
I am just anticipating the increase of file count in my cpanel. I just want to make sure that I won’t encounter problems in the near future.
Do you have any idea how to archive old posts?

For some people, staying afloat is difficult. Slowly, with cash flow coming to almost a standstill, debts and bills pile up. So what is their legal resource now that they cannot pay for debts and bills and demand calls are coming in left and right? Declaring bankruptcy though the help of phoenix bankruptcy lawyers.
Bankruptcy is often initiated by those who cannot pay their debts anymore. A person will file bankruptcy to a court of law and a court order will be imposed to make the person’s legal status official. No, it will not be granted to those who simply doesn’t wish to pay for what they owe someone else. There really should be a legal basis to declare bankruptcy. I don’t know anybody who wants to be known as legally bankrupt but it happens even to those who used to be filthy rich.
If you find yourself in this position when you can no longer meet your payments and you can’t see a source of funds coming in the future, it is definitely time to declare bankruptcy. Consult with an expert to know the legal repercussions of it and to know what rights you have in this kind of situation. And do not be ashamed to acknowledge the fact that you are going bankrupt when you are actually already one. There is always a way to bounce back in the future.

The more confident you are, the more you attract into your life people and circumstances that can help you to achieve your goals.
I believe in this. I do think that reaching our goals depends on our confidence that we can do it! We can, you know. Focus, determination, and confidence in ourselves.

Laboring over a report being made manually, from scratch, is something that can be skipped nowadays. Do you know that there are analytic tools here that can be used to make reporting easier?
I remember those days I would go to the office on a Saturday at seven in the morning. Instead of sleeping in on a weekend, I would spend it doing reports in the office. I would go home around six in the evening. And then come Monday morning, I would be in the office as early as seven again. It was a cycle I couldn’t get out of especially on month ends. There were too many financial reports to finish plus there were analysis reports that my boss needed for her monthly presentation to the board.
It was not an easy ride that I took but I learned a lot from it. But if there’s an easier way to do things back then, I would have taken advantage of it.
