Yes, I heard many complaints about SmartBro but I guess all internet companies have their share of not satisfied customers also. The main reason is the Philippines do not have that technology yet to compare with other countries that can load a page in the blink of an eye. Kaya nga these companies here do invest in customer service to appease the subscribers. I am happy with SmartBro right now because I have some reasons to.
