It’s been 3 days now that I am having problems logging into my Entrecard account. When I log in, I will be directed to my Dashboard as usual. But look at the top right corner of my Dashboard? I am not really logged in! It still shows the log in button when it should have been replaced by my email and the number of drops I made. I can still drop cards but I doubt if it’s being counted. I stopped dropping for now.
I already sent an email to Entrecard Support and hopefully I would know what the problem is and it’ll be resolved soon. I want to drop cards now!
Am I the only one having this problem?

I had such a problem too this morning! Gosh. I thought it was my connection or my laptop problem. Just now I tried to login with my boyfriend’s account in Mac and it works well. Sigh.

So, there was/is really a problem. Nagkataon nagpalit ako ng browser. I blamed it on the browser. I had to clear history and clear cache before I can log on and see my e-mail add and number of drops.
Pinabalik ko old browser and everything is okay now or baka nagkataon lang?

What am I doing was, clear all my browser’s cookie, and the problem solved.

I had the same problem for 2 days but just like what the commenter before me suggested, clear up all your cookies and everything will be back to normal.

EntreCard Data Center was hit by fire that’s why we are having problem in signing in… maybe di pa nila na fixed ang problem kaya may mga times na down ang site. I have a related post about this problem and you can read there the message of EntreCard.

Sasha! I’m having a prob with EC too, every time I try to advertise on my fave blogs, it keeps on asking me to log in, and even after logging in I can’t advertise!

hmmmmm … I haven’t had any problems. Maybe it’s an intermittent problem that happens during a specific part of the day.

I thought I was the only one…..I am signed in , but when i am opening a blog for a drop, it says that I am not logged in EC

My husband got the same problem, i found out that you can log-in using entrebar instead.
Download the entrebar http://entrecard.com/blog/?p=493 you can find the link from entrecard blog then log-in from there.
i hope this helps.
