If you haven’t upgraded to the latest release yet, do so now. WordPress 2.7 has a new interface that is really sleek! I love the new look of the admin page. Below is a screenshot of the new Dashboard.

You can find everything “within easy reach”. Even when you are writing a post, all the links are just at the left hand side of the screen. It is also faster than 2.6.5 which I didn’t like.
Upgrade now and let me know what you think about it.

I’m new to WP so I just started getting used to the last dashboard. It took me a minute to remember to look to the left to navigate the new dashboard easily – but so far its much easier to make changes (so many “one click” features)!

Thanks for the info She. Talagang di ako mag a-upgrade agad baka kung ano pang mangyari. Anyway, the other day, I was in my wordpress.com account at eto ang nakita kung new look sa dashboard. Mukhang di ko type ang style manay. But I will upgrade my raqmitch para masanay ako. I’m sure this new version is better than di previous one. You need to get used to it lang.

I like it a lot! I always get a bit of a buzz when updates bring a new look to things, it kind of lets you know that there Was A Change and you Didn’t Update In Vein. :p Some really useful fast links and clicks there, if they were there before I haven’t noticed them before.
