It has been almost a year now since I acquired a new web host account under Bluehost.com. Let me tell you, so far I am satisfied with their service. Yes, there are occasional downtimes. But no longer than 10-15 minutes. There is always a back up plan with them, I guess. You can easily chat with their tech support if you need any help. You can open a ticket in their help center and you will get a prompt reply. These are things that I appreciate with them a lot.
Anyway, I will write more about my Bluehost experience in my other blog by mid-February.
