Prevention

I am taking care of my grandma and most of her household bills. That also includes repair and maintenance of her place. When I last visited her, I noticed that I need to have her wood flooring checked again. It seems to be on the verge of caving in or something. Better get to it before it causes trouble. Prevention is better, right?
