I have a really bad habit of procrastinating. Even though I know I can do things now, I would forgo doing it for another thing. It’s the lazy in me, I guess. It’s a really horrible habit that I’ve been shaking off for years!
This year, I plan to discard at least three bad habits I have. I already started with my “no soda” policy. I would like to think that I’ve been doing good so far. Over two months now that my body hasn’t tasted even a drop of softdrinks. Another bad habit is procrastination. That will have to go! So far, I’ve been taking it one day at a time and I would like to say that I am doing the best I can. I haven’t done any major improvement yet but soon, there will be.
The third bad habit I would like to discard is binge eating. But I will talk about that some other time.
