Blogging was a tool for me to make friends in the past. I gained a lot of friends because of it. Imagine being friends with people from Japan, Germany, US, and neighboring Asian countries. Nakakatuwa! I also made friends with a lot of people within the country. It was pretty amazing to be so well connected with a lot of people even when I didn’t get to see them in person.
Nowadays, blogging is still a tool for me to make friends but as I am not actively seeking to make new friends, it is now just a way for me to release pent-up emotions, give birth to ideas, and to earn some decent income.
